About Us

Connecting the globe using education, tourism and charity

We are a team of British and Ugandan education, tourism and Social experts advancing and connecting the globe in those three aspects of life. Since year 2006, we have been connecting the developed and developing world to come together. We have chosen Uganda as a place where people from the developed world can have an experience of how the real rural world looks like.

We chose to help vulnerable and needy Ugandan children by supporting their talents, their education and sometimes providing them the basics of life like clothing, food and moral support.

The Team

Matthew Milburn

Matthew Milburn is a retired head teacher from the UK with over 30 years of experience. He is now a headteacher coach in the UK. Matthew has extensive expertise in educational leadership and has coordinated funding for the Kingstone Uganda Project. His efforts ensure underprivileged children receive an education and provide opportunities for UK teachers to teach in rural Ugandan schools, which often lack basic amenities like proper toilets and clean water.

Moses Nyanzi

Moses Nyanzi is a pastor of a Pentecostal church in Uganda and co-pastor of a church in the UK. He has dedicated his life to working with children and young people in both countries. Moses is the youth pastor of the Alpha and Omega Church in London and has collaborated with over 100 schools, colleges, and universities in the UK. He works hard to identify children in need, leading to the establishment of the KUP initiative to find sponsors for them.

Paul Bugembe

Paul is a lawyer in Uganda who is highly concerned with the documentation and legalities of all activities in the country. He is the acting Director of Kingstone Secondary School in Uganda and works closely with the administration of the primary school on Busagazi Island. Paul also heads our IT department in Uganda and is a practicing accountant. As one of the directors, Paul is very active in the day to day affairs of the school and well being of the students.
